Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Galdal General Trading L.L.C, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment

All services must be paid in advance. Installation and service will begin only after payment is successfully cleared.

2. Services

We provide scent diffuser machines, fragrance oils (if included), and maintenance/refilling services as agreed.

3. Use of Equipment

All equipment remains our property. Customers must use it properly and must not relocate, modify, or misuse it.

4. Liability

Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment. We are not liable for business losses or indirect damages.

5. Deposit

Any security deposit is refundable at the end of the contract, subject to no damages or outstanding payments.

6. Maintenance

We may access the premises (with notice) for servicing, refilling, or inspection.

7. Prohibited Use

Unauthorized oils, tampering, or illegal use of equipment is strictly prohibited.

8. Penalties

Penalties apply for misuse, damage, non-payment, or contract violations. Late payments may incur additional charges.

9. Termination

Early termination and refunds are subject to contract terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.
